Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) CLIFFORD On Saturday, May 7, 2011, Bill passed away in his wife Tinda's arms at their cottage at Otter Falls. Bill will be dearly missed by his family and many, many friends. He was a wonderful man and did so much for so many. Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering is being held to celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations can be made in Bill's memory to a pet rescue centre. Dear Tindal, I was very sorry to learn of Bill's passing so long ago. I do remember what a wonderful person he was - so kind, generous and funny. I also remember many great times at Otter Falls besides here in Winnipeg. I'm sure that every year it gets a bit harder for you. Take care.
